Rana who is playing for sussex said that Inzimam was the best captain Pakistan has ever produced in his captaicu every one ws given equal chance no favouritism was under his captaincy 

Rana who played over 80 odis for Pak & taken over 100 wickets said while i was playing in his captaicy he was the best captain he mingle with the players not like that that he criticise them if they not perform well if some body was out of form he always back him & said that you are the best just more try your best but in  he said
