AFRIDI TAKE BACK THE DECISION OF RETIREMENT.. U turn by him or he love cricket..

The former captain of Pakistan team .. who took the conditional retirement in Ijaz butt era of chairman ... announced yesterday that he is available now.. he said that he just said that he don't like to play under the peoples who were from the ex management .. but now things & management has been changed so he take back the decision of his retirement ...he also said he just want to join his remaining some years left in his cricket ..

Afridi who was the captain on pakistan team in WORLD CUP 2011 .. semi finalist team . after west indies tour he had some conflicts with waqar younis .. he didn't give full confidence to the management he just directly put all the things from his chest infront of media .. & whenever when his players were unable to perform then rather then to discuss it from the player that what problem he is facing he also said each & every thing infront of media .that if xyz player will not perform then they will drop them from the team.. that were the big drawback of  his captaincy he thought that Pakistan cricket team is his property so he do what ever he wants  ..

In 2006 Afridi took the retirement from the test cricket then again he take back his decision by saying that he has lot of fans following so he do all these things to check the no of fans he is carrying or he take decisions without any thinking.
 what are management terms :
STAFFING
LEADING
CONTROLLING
PLANNING
in all these he was quite successfully failed to identify what are the basics ..
where as Wasim & other former players of pakistan . backed him that he take back the decison of retirement .. but my question is just a simple one with all of them
Will afridi adjust himself  with new chairman of PCB zaka ashraff.?

afridi fans also must have to realize this fact also that he just want to take control of each & every thing ..
we criticize our boards when they give free hands to players or don't take any action against the player who cross boundaries ..
infact afridi is not bigger then Andrew symonds & chris gayle .. see what their board did with them..
but our chief selector M.Ilyass said .. that afridi decision is good his presence will help youngestors he might be select for the ongoing tour of srilanka going in UAE..for t20 & odi's
