Pakistan Cricket Board director Sultan Rana will join the Asian Cricket Council (ACC) as manager events and operations. He will step down from his post - director cricket operations domestic - with the Pakistan board in the middle of next month, according to a PCB release. Rana, who had an 18-year first-class career that ended in 1987, has previously served as the ACC's development manager from 2005-08.
Zakir Khan, who is currently the director cricket operations international, will take over from Rana. Meanwhile Intikhab Alam, who was recently replaced as the manager of the national team, will take charge as director cricket operations international in addition to his current duties as director game development.
